In August, no fewer than 30 loads of firewood were delivered to Kherson. With winter already in mind, this is a solid start to the supply. Without gas and often without electricity, many families depend entirely on wood stoves for heating and cooking.

In addition, food and clothing were again distributed in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia. Families are in many cases completely dependent on external help, because jobs are scarce and the price of basic necessities has risen sharply.
