In February it was exactly two years since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began. Two years of war, displacement, loss and resilience. The war is still going on, and so is the need for food, fuel and care for the many displaced families.
This month Metadidomi distributed new aid shipments in Kherson, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia. Special attention went to elderly people who are alone and to children who have lost their parents. Through our partner network, thousands of people received firewood, food and hygiene items.
Our local volunteers send continual reports of what is going on around them: attacks, losses, but also small moments of hope and thankfulness. Thanks to your support we can continue to help these people.
