Because of the many attacks on Ukraine's critical infrastructure and the resulting blackouts, generators are a much-needed item. With the help of donors, sponsors and partners, Metadidomi has already distributed around 150 generators with capacities from 5 to 50 kW to Ukraine. But so much more is needed. In a winter with temperatures of −10 to −20 degrees, without electricity or heating, survival is at stake.
Several shipments have also gone to Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Kherson with food, warm clothing and blankets.
The wonderful bag campaign by the children of Eben-Haëzer School in Tholen for Ukrainian children was a great success. The children collected 232 bags filled with food and other items, for their friends in Ukraine. They also raised the fine sum of € 850. Many thanks.
The bags will be taken to Ukraine in mid-December 2022, to be distributed before Christmas.
