Last month, Stichting Metadidomi once again focused on food aid. For the fifth consecutive year, food packages are being distributed to vulnerable civilians living near the frontline. As long as this aid is needed, we will continue to commit ourselves to those most severely affected by the war.
Together with local churches and many volunteers, food products are divided into smaller packages so that as many families as possible can be helped. These food packages contain enough products to support people for an extended period.

The need among the population is still great. During distribution, we see long lines of people who depend on this aid. Many elderly people have been left behind alone, employment is scarce, and for many families, daily sustenance is a constant worry.
Local churches play an important role in this. Besides distributing food, they also offer a place where people can meet, support, and encourage each other.

Food aid even reaches cities like Sloviansk, Sumy, and Kharkiv, areas located close to the frontline. Transporting and distributing food in these regions carries risks, but the gratitude of the people shows how vital this aid is.
The many encounters and reactions repeatedly confirm that this support is still desperately needed.
To continue this aid, we organize various campaigns in the Netherlands to raise funds. Would you like to organize a campaign yourself or contribute to this work in another way? We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
Together, we can ensure that vulnerable families in Ukraine receive the help they so desperately need.
Thank you for your involvement, support, and prayers. 💙💛
