After a tough winter, new relief efforts are starting in Ukraine: distribution of seeds and seeds for 5,000 vegetable gardens, food aid and delivery of hospital beds.

In December 2022, many generators were delivered to bakeries, field hospitals and churches in Ukraine, along with food and clothing shipments to Kherson, Mykolaiv and Kharkiv.
Metadidomi delivered 150 generators to Ukraine to help people through the winter blackouts; in addition, the Eben-Haëzer School bag campaign collected 232 bags and € 850.
In the run-up to a hard winter, Metadidomi is distributing firewood, small stoves and food in Mykolaiv and Kherson through the volunteer network of the Gospel Christian Union of Baptists.
In September 2022, another shipment of mattresses and food arrived at our centre in Ukraine, part of which was transported on to Kharkiv and Mykolaiv.
In August 2022 we received a letter of thanks from Ukraine, and emergency aid coordinator Evert van Dijke was honoured with an award from the hospital in Zhytomyr.
Food packages were distributed in Zhytomyr province and Mykolaiv; in addition, an army generator was delivered to the St. Nicholas retirement home in Mykolaiv.
